About this course

Painting with watercolour is a really enjoyable, and immediately expressive form of painting.
In this one-day workshop we will keep things simple. Using only three colours: Raw Sienna, Ultramarine and Rose Madder. We will begin by mixing combinations of these, then make some small speed paintings gaining confidence and a fuller understanding of the potential of watercolour.
Fully loosened up, we will move onto longer more focused study in afternoon.
We will paint directly from life, curated objects and landscape.
Towards the end of the day there will be an opportunity to discuss framing options.

All materials, watercolour paint and paper included

Lunch (vegetarian) included
