Terms and Conditions
Commission and Fees
All commissions are agreed in advance for a fixed fee
The Fee includes me attendance at your event and the provision of digital copies of all drawings created during the event
Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of booking
Delivery of Artwork
After the event, you will receive digital copies of all drawings created on the day
The number of drawings may vary depending on the length and nature of the event
Usage Rights
You are welcome to use the digital copies for personal and non- commercial purposes, including:
Printing for your own use (eg. cards and keepsakes)
Sharing on social media or personal websites
Sharing with family, friends or event guests
Copyright
I retain full copyright and all intellectual property rights for all artwork created
You may not
Use the art work on any products for sale
Use the artwork in association with advertising, branding or promotional material, without my prior written consent
Permission and Credit
If you share the artwork on social media, I kindly ask that you credit me as the artist where possible
Commercial use of the artwork can be discussed and licensed separately upon request
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your booking, please notify me as soon as possible. Cancellation terms will be agreed at the time of booking
Artists Rights
I reserve the right to use images of the artwork for my own portfolio, website and promotional purposes
I will never share private details of your event without your permission
